Who are Printzone?
We are an online company set up in 2001 to provide an easy and economical way to buy new cartridges for your printer, fax machine or copier. We are committed to operating in a completely ethical manner. Our goal is happy satisfied customers who receive the goods they need at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Is my credit card secure?
We use the latest 256 bit encryption technology available. This is the same level of encryption as used by major banks for their online banking, and other major online retailers. All your personal information is scrambled between your computer and our server to keep it from prying eyes. We have a secure certificate issued by Thawte, which we only received after stringent checks regarding our ownership and corporate registration! When you go through our checkout procedure you will have the opportunity to check our secure certification by clicking on our Thawte site seal.
What if you haven't got my item in stock?
If your item isn't in stock, we will advise you ASAP. You will be offered the choice of either a full refund, or to wait for your item to be in stock (we will advise you of the approximate number of days wait). Usually we are only out of stock of items due to manufacturer's supply chain problems. We won't keep you waiting and waiting for your goods!
What about my email address? Will you sell it?
No way! We never ever trade or sell your personal information. Please see our Privacy Information page for full information, but in short, we will only send you one email at the time you first register with us, and a few emails whenever you order from us to let you know how your order is progressing. If you want to receive our great newsletter you can subscribe to that as well but this is completely optional.
